I remember hearing that the mk4 Supra wing didn’t provide any down force, it provided some high speed stabilization but most just made drag.

I was told that, as a general rule, any kind of aero on a passenger car is useless below 90mph in terms of downforce. I’m sure this is not every car, I know it’s not in fact, but for your typical Camry (or SC300, in this case), there’s not enough airflow to make a difference at typical speeds.
